️ What You'll Do

As a Fabricator, you'll play a key role in creating structural metal components and assemblies. Your day-to-day will include:

Reading layouts and planning fabrication steps
Measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping metal materials
Operating fabrication equipment such as:
- Press brakes
- Shears
- Rolls
- Drill presses
- Flame cutters
Grinding, bending, fitting, and aligning metal parts
Welding components together to complete assemblies
Building templates and fixtures for precision work
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Working with sheet metal and structural components

What You Bring

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED OR
1–3 months of fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
Ability to read instructions, blueprints, or shop drawings
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality

Physical & Work Environment

Regular standing and physical activity
Frequent lifting (up to 100 lbs with assistance when needed)
Manufacturing environment with active machinery
Fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment
