Fabricator Urgently hiring in South Portland!Job Title: FabricatorPay: $23.00/hr + $1.50/hr night shift differentialHours: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with optional Saturday overtime (1st shift) or Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM-3:00 AM, with optional Saturday overtime (2nd shift)Start Date: ASAPLooking for a stable career with room to grow? You'll work alongside a supportive team to grind, move, and assemble steel parts, ensuring everything meets quality and safety standards. - Grinding steel components to precise specifications*
- Moving and handling materials safely on site*
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area*
- Supporting the fabrication process by following instructions and safety policies*
- Learning and applying fabrication techniques through hands-on training
- Strong attendance and work ethic*
- Accountability and reliability*
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills*
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with fractions*
- Ability to read shop drawings*
- Experience with hand tools and construction or manufacturing (preferred)*
- Welding experience is a plus but not required
