Heritage GlassFabricator TechnicianMilwaukee, WIMonday - Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM$20+/hr, based on experienceBuild Something You Can Take Pride InAt Heritage Glass, we don't just work with glass, we help build the storefronts, offices, and homes people see every day. We're looking for a Fabrication Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and isn't afraid to break a sweat (just not the glass).Our culture is built on integrity, teamwork, dependability, professionalism, and respect. We show up, work hard, help each other, and get the job done safely.What You'll Do:As a Fabrication Technician, you'll work alongside experienced fabricators and glaziers to prepare glass and metal products before they head out to the field.Your day may include:

Reading fabrication drawings and measurements
Cutting, assembling, and preparing frames
Handling and transporting glass safely
Repairing or replacing damaged materials
Operating shop equipment and hand tools
Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
Supporting deliveries and material handling when needed

What We're Looking For:

18 years or older
Have a high school diploma or GED
Able to pass required pre-employment screenings
Authorized to work in the United States
Have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation

Standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day
Frequently lifting and carrying materials (up to 75 lbs. or more)
Working around tools, machinery, dust, and shop noise
Wearing proper PPE and always following safety procedures
