• Optional Saturday overtime may also be available based on production needs.

Pay: $23.00–$27.00/hour + $1.50/hour night shift differential & built in overtime (work your full 40 hours over four 10-hour shifts and receive an additional 5 hours of overtime pay on your paycheck). • Grinding and sanding steel components
• Fitting steel pieces
• Drill-line work
• Drilling and pressing components together
• Moving and handling steel materials

• Preparing bridge components for shipment

• Following production and safety procedures

• Welding structural steel components
• Fabricating and fitting steel
• Reading shop drawings
• Measuring and positioning materials
• Grinding and preparing steel
• Supporting bridge and structural steel assembly
• Following welding procedures and safety requirements

RequirementsWelding experience is required.Experience may come from:

Onsite Weld TestCandidates for Welder/Fabricator positions must successfully complete an onsite weld test.The test includes:

• Horizontal stick weld
• Backer bar
• 3/8" plate
• Bend test
• Weld inspection following X-ray evaluation

Candidates must bring their own welding gloves and welding shield to the test.Blast Metallizer — $27.00/Hr.Develop Specialized Skills in Steel FinishingThe Blast Metallizer position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in the preparation and finishing of structural steel.Responsibilities may include:

• Blast metal operations
