Job Description

Location: Victory Gardens, NJSalary: $105,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

The Judge Group is seeking a Industrial Facilities (HVAC) and Construction Manager with heavy industrial manufacturing experience in the Morristown, NJ area.

COMPENSATION: 115k to 125k plus bonus

LOCATION: Onsite position located in the Morristown, NJ area

MUST HAVE: Bachelors Degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field

MUST HAVE: Maintaining an HVAC system with over 75 HVAC units in an industrial facility

MUST HAVE: Construction design and management experience

MUST HAVE: Knowledge of mechanical drawings and CAD

MUST BE: A US Citizen or a Green Card holder

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Installation and troubleshooting of industrial HVAC equipment and construction projects

- Maintain and upgrade the facility

- Manage service contracts for heating and cooling equipment

- Manage all construction and HVAC, boiler, cooling tower - boiler chemicals, loading docks, overhead doors, etc.

- Maintain dust collectors

- Some CAPEX projects

- Maintain spare part inventory

- Manage purchase orders

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors Degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field

- 5+ years experience with construction projects and heating and cooling operations in an industrial manufacturing environment

- Basic knowledge of electrical control systems.

- Knowledge of mechanical drawings and CAD

- Strong interpersonal skills required for supervisory responsibility

- MUST BE: A US Citizen or a Green Card holder
