Job Description

Relaying messages to internal help desk, if a user opens a ticket with help desk it gets assigned to this person (lightbulb is out in pantry, desk has chip in it, key broke in the lock in desk drawer, coffee machine is broken)
They would be working hand in hand with a seasoned FM
Pantry supplies, ordering cutlery, coffee other items
Putting tickets in the system to get things fixed Must have skills:
Have to be friendly, they will be customer facing
Basic good computer skills (type emails, little bit of excel, being able to pick up ticketing system) good with basic math Nice to have:
If they have worked in facilities before and CMMS system
Admin skills Education:
High School Diploma or GED is okay
Associates or Bachelor's Degree would be great
