This position will support electrical operations at the new NFL stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. The facility will host NFL games, concerts, community events, private functions, and other large-scale events. This role will be part of the facilities team responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and event-ready environment.

Stadium and Event Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-event inspections to verify assigned electrical systems are operational and event-ready.
  • Provide electrical troubleshooting and operational support during NFL games, concerts, productions, and other major events.

  • Communicate equipment status and operational risks to stadium leadership and appropriate facility personnel.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance appropriate for a high-profile, guest-facing venue.

Experience in a stadium, arena, convention center, hospital, airport, manufacturing facility, central plant, or other large, complex facility is preferred. Experience with sports or specialty lighting, theatrical or production power, temporary event power, broadcast-support systems, emergency power, or medium-voltage distribution is also beneficial.

Schedule

  • Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and perform lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic work-order or computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Applicable electrical license or journeyman-level credential may be required based on position, location, or customer requirements.
