Facilities Maintenance - Titus-Will Automotive Group

Tacoma | Olympia | Lakewood | Parkland

Family-owned and operated since 1938, Titus-Will Automotive Group has been a trusted name in our community for over 80 years.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Facilities Maintenance Person to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of construction, plumbing, electrical, general repairs, and building maintenance. You don't need to know everything-we're looking for someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and can figure things out.

What We Offer

$19-$29/hour, depending on experience
PTO: 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked

What we're looking for:

Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Willingness to learn new skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities may include:

General building and property maintenance
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Carpentry and construction-related projects
Equipment and facility upkeep
Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Helping with a variety of hands-on projects as needed

Experience is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
