HomeSmiles Charleston–Beaufort provides residential and commercial property maintenance services. This role offers a practical next step after technical college for individuals who want to build field experience, responsibility, and long-term career opportunity in facilities and property maintenance.
This is on-the-job employment, not a youth apprenticeship or college-administered program.
What You’ll Do
Perform hands-on facilities and property maintenance work Work on residential and commercial properties Use professional tools and equipment Apply technical skills learned during technical college training Identify and solve maintenance issues on site Learn how jobs are planned, executed, and completed Work as part of a crew and see results every dayNo two days look exactly the same.
