Job Details

Ensure the rehabilitation hospital, satellite clinics, and related building systems comply with Joint Commission standards and all applicable local, state, and federal regulationsPlan and lead Environment of Care/Safety meetings; may serve as the designated Safety Officer responsible for compliance oversightCoordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs in line with industry standards and manufacturer recommendationsManage facility equipment and systems including chillers, steam boilers, hydraulic systems, building controls, electrical systems, and air handlersCultivate and maintain an inclusive work environment that embraces diversity across the facilities teamSupervise facilities staff and coordinate scheduling to ensure 24/7 operational readiness, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
