As a Facilities Management Technician II, you will perform a variety of essential functions to support our properties, ensuring that operational guidelines are met and exceeded. This role requires attention to safety, regular inspections, and proactive maintenance to enhance overall facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine inspections of facilities toidentifymaintenance needs and prioritize repairs.• Complete all work ordersin a timely mannerandmonitorthe work order system.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet their specific needs.• Train and mentor new maintenance staff.• Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in facilities maintenance.• Conduct all work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety procedures and using required safety equipment.• Be available on-call and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.• Complete other duties as assigned by the Facilities Leadership Team.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance-related field preferred.• 2 years of experience in leadership preferred.Possessa background in construction.

Additional Qualifications:• Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.• Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
