  • Facility‑Maintenance Expertise: Documented hands‑on experience in the operation, preventive‑maintenance, and reliability improvement of building systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire‑protection, and general infrastructure).
  • Project Planning & Execution: Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, generate SOWs, select and manage vendors, oversee procurement, and drive projects from concept through commissioning and close‑out.
  • Budget Management: Demonstrated skill in creating, tracking, and reconciling multi‑disciplinary functional budgets; ability to align spending with funding constraints and forecast financial impacts.
  • Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong quantitative aptitude for cost‑benefit analysis, root‑cause investigations, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NFPA, OSHA, ASHRAE, DoD security classifications) and ability to ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Software Proficiency: Comfortable using CMMS (e.g., Maximo, FM:Systems), project‑management tools, and BIM/ CAD platforms (AutoCAD, Revit).
