Job Title: Facilities Technician / Construction Laborer / Carpenter's Helper Location: Orlando, FL Job Type: Part-Time Pay Rate: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Facilities Technician / Construction Laborer / Carpenter's Helper to assist with facility maintenance, light construction, and office build-out projects. This role supports skilled trades and facility teams with hands-on work in a commercial environment.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Install and repair drywall
Install suspended (drop) ceilings
Move and position heavy equipment safely
Build and assemble cubicles and office furniture
Basic carpentry and general construction support
Ability to use hand and power tools

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and working on ladders

Qualifications

Previous construction, facilities, or carpentry helper experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong focus on safety
