  • Open, track, and manage VRA/ESR requests and Information Security waiver requests in coordination with IT and security stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Maintain the CRE purchase card (P-Card) for McLean-based purchases, process allocations, and ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures.
  • Manage contractor-issued MITRE property such as laptops, iPads, cell phones, and related peripherals; maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper control and accountability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technology-related issues impacting CRE operations; escalate incidents to CRE leadership or IT teams as appropriate to ensure prompt remediation and business continuity.
  • Support the maintenance of the CRE Home Pages/SharePoint Site: quick links, libraries, important announcements.

Record Drawings and Project Documentation

  • Serve as the drawing librarian for Corporate Real Estate (CRE), partnering with architectural/engineering (A/E) firms and internal project teams to manage design and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate, track, and execute the transfer of construction project drawings and Gold Source drawings into CRE's centralized drawing repository, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Enforce documentation standards, maintain version control, and oversee proper archiving of project records to support reliable access, compliance, and long-term asset management.
  • Coordinate end-to-end signage delivery, including procurement, vendor selection and management, and on-site implementation of signage solutions.

Security Processing

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, including issuance and recovery of badges, equipment, and system account access.
  • Process and track badge renewals and associated access changes for the McLean campus, ensuring timely updates to privileges.
  • Coordinate closely with Security and IT teams to enforce access control policies and maintain compliance with organizational security standards.

  • Manage transportation services for the McLean campus, including shuttle operations, parking support, and coordination of related vendor services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Support communication efforts and process improvements to enhance the transportation experience for employees and visitors.
  • Lead and manage the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
