Job Description
Duties Include
- Provides on-site technical and administrative support for constructionactivities at District facilities.
- Assists Project Managers and Admin Staff with field coordination, documentation, inspections, and tracking of construction progress.
- Supports monitoring of contractor performance, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Assists with closeout documentation, punch lists, and coordination with school sites and District staff to minimize operational impacts during constructionand other duties as necessary.
Minimum Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or coursework in Construction Technology, Facilities Management, orrelated field preferred.
2–5 years of experience supporting construction projects preferred, facilities maintenance, or public works environments preferred.
Preferred Certifications /Registrations (or Equivalent)
• OSHA 30 (preferred)• ICC Inspector Certifications (preferred)• Experience working on K–12 or public agency construction projects
