Youll work closely with our maintenance and operations team to deliver results that enhance the safety and efficiency of our facilities.What Youll DoAs a Facilities Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting daily inspections of machinery and building systems to identify maintenance needs.*
- Performing general maintenance and repairs inside and outside of the building, including tool repairs and basic landscaping.*
- Ensuring all work complies with safety guidelines, including working safely at heights and in confined spaces.*
- Assisting with construction, electrical, and plumbing tasks under direction.*
- Using hand tools and landscaping equipment proficiently to complete assigned duties.*
- Following safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.*
- Hands-on experience with groundskeeping, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.*
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.*
- Strong commitment to following safety procedures at all times.*
- Ability to work at heights on ladders or raised platforms safely.*
- Willingness to work in small spaces and at different heights.*
- Reliable work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
