Job Description

Need someone to maintain multiple facilities/buildings by performing maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finish work such as; service and repair heating/air systems, perform duct work and system troubleshooting, run and repair electrical lines, replace outlets, light fixtures, ballasts, and conduits, repair/install toilets, faucets, piping, and drains, and water heaters, maintain sewer and drainage systems, frame structures/build cabinets or shelving, repair doors, locks, hinges, and structural components, perform roofing, gutter, and exterior repairs, paint, drywall, transport and maintain tools, and equipment, complete work orders and basic cost estimates. Must have clean CBC, HS Diploma/GED, 4 years of maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, and carpentry, and valid DL and good standing 7 year MVR. Must be able to lift 50+lbs, work indoors/outdoors and be willing to work OT if needed.
