Facility Operations Analyst - Defense

JOB TITLE: Facility Operations AnalystLOCATION:Fort Knox, KYPAY RATE: $27.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET SCI clearance (can start with Secret clearance)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Provides customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.

• Responds to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

• Conducts regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

• Provides access control at facility entry point by adhering to daily access roster and confirming identity prior to allowing entry.

• Maintains a record of personnel onsite including entry and exit times.

• Provides accountability of all personnel entering and exiting all facilities and grounds.

• Provides initial response to IDS alarms within required response times per AR 190-11, AR 190-13, and DODM 5200.01 Volume 3 (observe and report, request additional response if necessary).

• Monitors CCTV system at guard station and reports suspicious activity to Government management.

• Performs security and safety checks of Administration Building and Ammunition Supply Point and logs checks on applicable SF 702s.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET SCI clearance (can start with Secret clearance).

• Willingness to support multiple working shifts including weekends.

• Experience in access control, patrol, CCTV monitoring, and alarm response.

• Knowledge of security procedures per AR 190-11, AR 190-13, and DODM 5200.01 Volume 3.

• Ability to maintain records of personnel entry and exit.

• Ability to perform security checks of facilities and log on SF 702s.

• Ability to respond to incidents and critical situations.

• Ability to observe and report suspicious activity.
