How You’ll Shape Our SuccessThis role is responsible for two things: Growing existing customer relationships and winning work at new facilities.You will own a defined portfolio of named accounts, maintaining regular engagement so sites remain supported and growing, while also bringing TSS into new or aged accounts where we are not currently active.Success in this role comes from strong execution: understanding customer operations, identifying problems that matter, building a clear business case, and guiding opportunities through to close. This is a field-based role that relies on in-person engagement and close partnership with operations and service delivery.You will report to the VP of Sales and work closely with field leadership to ensure customer needs, sold work, and delivery expectations are aligned.Your Day‑to‑Day Environment
- Operate remotely while managing your assigned sales territory
- Travel 50–70% of the time to meet with customers throughout Las Vegas, Arizona, and San Diego
- Spend much of your time on-site with customers, strengthening partnerships and identifying new opportunities
- Manage a defined portfolio of named customer accounts and drive year-over-year growth
- Expand accounts by adding services, increasing service cadence, and supporting new sites or facilities
- Win new and win-back business at facilities where TSS is not currently active
- Work closely with internal operations and subject-matter experts to move opportunities from initial discussion through close and successful delivery
- Spend time on-site to understand customer environments and identify meaningful opportunities
- Lead value-based conversations focused on compliance, risk reduction, uptime, safety, and total cost
- Build clear business cases and manage opportunities through close
- Protect pricing and trade concessions only when they create real value
- Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecast
- Other duties as assigned
- A degree in Business, Life Sciences, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred — but relevant hands-on experience is just as valuable
- Experience in facilities, environmental services, life sciences, or another technical service environment
- A track record of building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow services or support new facilities
- Comfort working in regulated or operational settings such as labs, healthcare, research, or industrial environments
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Consistent growth across assigned named accounts
- Generate new facility wins, reclaim past customers, and expand existing locations to grow TSS’s footprint
- A clean, well-managed pipeline with reliable forecasting
- Strong customer trust and experience
- Effective partnership with operations and service delivery teams
- Earn $86,000 – $115,000 annually ($122,000 - $165,000 OTE), based on your experience and skills
