Job Description

Looking for a great-paying job in a safe & supportive work environment? Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Factory Maintenance Tech at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Job Title: Factory Maintenance

Location: Dundee, MI

Pay: $24+/hr, depending on experience

Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

Days: 7am-7:30pm
Nights: 7pm-7:30am

What you’ll be doing:

Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience in any industry.
Strong mechanical skills
Electrical knowledge a plus
