Factory Service Technician

Responsibilities :

The Factory Service Technician will:

• Efficiently handle in-house troubleshooting, repair, and testing of customer instruments, while supporting colleagues with in-field issues.
• Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and other digital platforms, and report customer issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and issue Service Request Forms for necessary repairs.
• Stay updated on new techniques, work with other departments to support customers, and confirm scheduling for on-site services.

Requirements:

Factory Technician must have:

• High school diploma with an associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent military/work experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Basic electronic knowledge and dexterity in handling tools and equipment.

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $60,000

Salary Maximum: $70,000
