Faculty/Associate Director Of Clinical Education (College Of Health Sciences - Physician Assistant Program)

Faulkner University's College of Health Sciences is seeking a qualified individual who desires to educate health care professionals in a Christ-centered environment to serve as Associate Director of Clinical Education for the Physician Assistant Studies program. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the student clinical experience, including clinical rotation scheduling, student communication and support, progression monitoring, onboarding, and collaboration with clinical course directors and clinical education staff. This position also supports accreditation activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinical education program. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for student engagement and advancing the mission of the university and the college. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Faculty rank, tenure status, and salary will be commensurate with academic qualifications, teaching experience, and research.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare professional (Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Physician, Pharmacist, or Registered Nurse) with current or eligibility for state licensure required
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred
• Active member of the church of Christ preferred
