The Department of Anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a full-time visiting lecturer position in cultural anthropology to begin in Fall 2026. The teaching load for this position is 6 courses (18 credits) per year: three courses in each of the Fall and Spring terms. The courses will be taught at undergraduate levels, and they will include large lecture courses, smaller undergraduate seminars, methods, and writing courses.
