Harvest Conditioner Join a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing the seed harvesting process! As a Harvest Conditioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our harvested seeds are clean, sorted, dried, and treated to meet the highest quality standards. Your work is essential in supporting agricultural productivity and sustainability, making a real difference from field to future planting.Required Skills: Ability to operate cleaning, drying, and sorting equipment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of seed treatment and handling proceduresMonday-Friday 6pm-6am (may need training on 1st shift)Pay: $19hr.Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
