About Agency Eight

Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way.

Job Post Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, social-media-savvy Sourcing Intern to join our team this fall. You'll support the Account team by sourcing creators, managing outreach, and helping keep campaigns running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives on social media, wants to learn the creator economy from the inside, and is excited to contribute to campaigns for brands they actually care about.

Creator Sourcing & Outreach

Research and source creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube based on client briefs and brand fit
Vet creator profiles for audience quality, engagement, content aesthetic, and brand alignment
Support outreach to creators on behalf of clients
Monitor and track responses and follow-up communications

Campaign Support

Assist with gifting logistics, coordinating with the Operations team on shipping and tracking
Help maintain accurate campaign trackers in Google Sheets
Support deliverables tracking

Reporting & Admin

Compile performance data and creator engagement metrics
Assist with maintaining platform tools like Archive
Take notes and draft recaps on internal and client calls as needed

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
Deep passion for social media, the creator economy, and CPG/beauty brands
Strong eye for aesthetic, brand fit, and creator quality
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable in Google Sheets and quick to pick up new tools
Clear, professional written communication skills
Proactive and resourceful mindset — you flag issues, ask questions, and take initiative to problem solve
Availability for ~15+ hours per week
Ideally based in NYC, but flexible for remote work

Compensation: If eligible for student credit, or $15-$20 / hour depending on location and experience.
