Role Description
We are seeking a Family & Civil Law Attorney who is passionate about advocacy and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and representing clients in sensitive and high-stakes family law matters.
Qualifications
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
- Manage a high-volume caseload with organization and efficiency
- Develop legal strategies tailored to each client’s situation
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to move cases forward
What We're Looking for
- Licensed attorney in North Carolina
- 2–5 years of family law experience
- Strong litigation and courtroom experience
- Ability to manage emotionally sensitive cases with professionalism
- Skilled in legal drafting, discovery, and client communication
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
