Family Law Attorney - Exp Required

A well-established statewide California law firm is expanding its Family Law practice in Sacramento and is seeking an experienced attorney to help grow and shape the office. What You'll Do:

• Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence cases

• Manage cases from intake through resolution with a high level of client service

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences

• Negotiate practical, client-focused resolutions

• Maintain organized case files and consistent client communication

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support the continued growth of the Sacramento office

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. and active California Bar license

• Significant family law experience (ideal for attorneys coming from solo or small-firm practice)

• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships

• Portable book of business welcomed but not required

• Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and professionalism

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing alongside the firm
