Job Description

Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Location: Boise, ID (In-Office, Full-Time)

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $150,000/year (DOE)

A reputable Idaho family law firm is seeking a dedicated Senior Family Law Attorney to join its growing Boise office. This opportunity offers a steady, established client pipeline with no rainmaking requirements, allowing you to focus entirely on client advocacy and courtroom success while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, and spousal/child support matters from initial strategy through trial.
Draft legal documents, motions, agreements, and pleadings.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Provide compassionate, client-centered guidance throughout complex family law proceedings.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of dedicated Idaho family law experience.
Active license to practice law in Idaho in good standing.
Strong courtroom litigation and negotiation skills.
A collaborative, client-centered approach to legal practice.

Compensation & Benefits
