Family Law Attorney: Hybrid Flexibility with a Growing Palm Beach County Practice
We are working with a growing family law firm in Boynton Beach, Florida, that is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience. The firm represents clients in dissolution of marriage, time-sharing, alimony, child support, and equitable distribution matters throughout Palm Beach County.
This is a hybrid role. You will spend part of the week in the Boynton Beach office and in court, and the rest working productively from home.
What You'll Do
- Manage a family law caseload from initial consultation through final judgment
- Draft petitions, motions, financial affidavits, discovery, and marital settlement agreements
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate parenting plans, support, and asset division
- Provide compassionate, practical guidance to clients during difficult transitions
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of Florida family law experience
- Comfort appearing in court and at mediations
- Strong writing, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload with professionalism and empathy
