Job Description

A respected Arkansas law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney who can provide strong legal representation while guiding clients through sensitive matters.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Manage divorce, custody, child support, and related cases• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements• Represent clients during mediation, hearings, and trial• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel• Build effective case strategies from intake through resolution

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience working as a Family Law Attorney or in civil litigation• Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing• Strong negotiation, writing, and courtroom skills• A compassionate Family Law Attorney who communicates clearly• The organization and discretion needed to succeed as a Family Law Attorney• A dependable Family Law Attorney who can manage cases independently
