Family Law Attorney | San Antonio, TX
A respected and growing San Antonio family law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its litigation-focused practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients in the courtroom and believes that while settlement is often beneficial, the best outcome sometimes requires taking a case to trial.
The ideal candidate is confident handling contested family law matters, enjoys litigation, and wants to be part of a firm that is committed to achieving the best possible results for its clients.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, modifications, enforcement actions, and related disputes
- Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Develop case strategy and provide practical, client-focused legal counsel
- Advocate aggressively when litigation is in the client's best interest while remaining open to resolution when appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Bar admission
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and client management abilities
- Confident, compassionate advocate who puts clients' best interests first
- Team-oriented attorney looking for a long-term opportunity
