Family Law Litigation Attorney

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Family Law Litigation Attorney with 5-20 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Texas family law and a proven track record of handling complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team of legal professionals while managing your own caseload and contributing to the growth of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Board Certification
- Active Texas State Bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience in family law litigation (experience handling high-conflict or complex cases is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Texas family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice.
