- Active Texas law license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years experience practicing family law.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a team-driven environment.
- Proven experience developing client relationships and managing litigation.
- Represent clients in all stages of family law cases including custody, divorce, modifications, and enforcement.
- Develop and execute tailored legal strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them with clear communication and honest counsel.
- Prepare for and attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses to ensure comprehensive legal preparation.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and client records using firm systems and tools.
- Contribute to firm culture with a team-first attitude and commitment to high standards.
