Job Details

Our client is seeking a Family Law Attorney to support a busy and growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience who is looking to further develop their skills while working closely with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support casesAttend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedingsConduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clientsDraft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreementsMaintain organized case files and ensure efficient case managementCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidanceCollaborate with internal team members to support case strategy and executionMeet monthly billable hour requirements

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney with experience in family lawBackground in litigation and courtroom exposure preferredStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyExcellent communication and client relationship skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of organization
