Job Details
The firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of domestic relations matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Attorneys will represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment matters, while also handling complex financial issues such as business interests, real estate holdings, and asset division. The role also involves active participation in mediation, settlement negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.
Candidates should have 3–8+ years of family law experience, strong litigation and courtroom skills, and experience handling contested domestic matters. Exposure to high-asset or financially complex divorce cases is a plus.
Compensation is expected to range from $110,000 – $160,000, depending on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and long-term growth potential.
