Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our reputable team in Houston. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases in divorce, child custody, child support, and more. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for family law, who is ready to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.We encourage you to apply whether you have two years of family law experience, or 10+!Responsibilities:As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for managing family law cases from beginning to end. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Providing expert legal advice in the areas of child custody, child support, divorce, spousal support, adoption, and other family law matters.
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents related to family law cases.
Conducting thorough case investigations to uncover evidence and prepare for trial.
Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop strategies for complex cases.
Staying updated on the latest changes in family law and advising clients accordingly.
Building relationships with clients and providing them with compassionate and effective legal representation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
Admission to the Texas State Bar.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
