Job DetailsWe are seeking a Family Law Attorney to handle litigation and client advocacy matters in our Dallas office.Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and child support
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediation, and trial
• Advocate in contested matters and negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently
• Handle Child Protective Services matters and assist with related investigations
• Support appellate matters as needed and contribute to case strategy and briefing
• Maintain strong client communication and provide clear, practical legal guidance

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of family law experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
• Juris Doctor degree required
• Trial experience handling contested hearings or cases
• Experience with mediation and settlement negotiations
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
