This role offers the opportunity to represent clients through divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters, combining strong courtroom experience with a balanced, pragmatic approach. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator who can manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with a collegial, high-performing team.Why join us?Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance matters, from negotiation and mediation through trial
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, stipulations, parenting plans, and marital settlement agreements
• Manage discovery, including depositions, and handle complex financial and custody disputes
• Appear in state court for hearings, mediations, and trials

- Advise clients on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property division, and related estate planning considerationsJob DetailsQualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state, in good standing
• 5+ years of family law experience, with a demonstrated track record handling divorce, custody, and support matters
• Strong courtroom presence and trial experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex legal and financial issues into clear terms for clients, courts, and opposing counsel
