• * Maintain excellent client communication and develop strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• * Positively represent our firm and brand in court, in the community, and online.
• * Manage a caseload from start to finish.
• * Conduct potential client interviews and develop a tailored strategy for each case.
• * Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial.
• * Handle discovery and manage document review and case preparation.
• * Review pleadings, motions, and orders, and conduct legal research as needed.
• * Participate in regular trauma-informed care training.
• * Become a trained mediator and complete collaborative family law training.

Job DetailsQualifications

• * 3+ years of family law practice.
• * Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• * Admission to the State Bar of Missouri.
• * Passion for providing trauma-informed care.
