Job Details

Our client is seeking a Family Law Attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and providing thoughtful, strategic legal guidance. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful work in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support casesDraft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreementsConduct legal research to support case strategy and client advisementParticipate in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiationsCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored legal solutionsMaintain clear, empathetic communication with clients throughout the legal processStay current on developments in family law to ensure accurate and effective counsel

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney with experience in family lawStrong knowledge of family law procedures and litigation practicesExperience representing clients in court, mediation, and negotiationsExcellent legal writing, research, and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectivelyDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
