This candidate will be responsible for:

• Drafting Pleadings; Managing Discovery; Arguing Motions
• Preparing for and conducting Depositions
• Client Facing meetings and Communication
• Conducting Mediation and Settlement Negotiations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of family law experience
• Licensed by State Bar of Texas
