Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do:

* Lead a litigation caseload and drive cases to successful resolutions
* Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
* Draft, review, and proofread critical litigation documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and memos
* Represent clients in court hearings and trials
* Collaborate with attorneys and staff throughout the litigation process
* Stay on top of key litigation deadlines and events
* Perform data entry, run reports, and forecast case movement
* Support administrative duties, including electronic filing, managing case files, and organizing logistics
* Assist with billing tasks as necessary

What We’re Looking For:

* Extensive experience as a Senior Family Law Attorney with strong expertise in family law
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and handle tasks with minimal oversight
* Proven experience with Santa Clara Superior Court and family law procedures
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
