Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and property division.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed of their rights and options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, with a strong emphasis on trial work.
- Must have trial experience and able to handle a divorce trial
- In-depth knowledge of family law and court procedures.
- Must be able to handle case load of approximately 30-40 cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
