Position Overview
The Family Law Attorney will manage a variety of family law matters while providing exceptional legal representation and client care. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate emotionally complex legal situations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and adoption.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.
- Provide thoughtful legal counsel while maintaining sensitivity to the emotional nature of family law cases.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in mediation and court proceedings.

Qualifications
- Active and valid license to practice law in the State of Utah.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally charged matters.
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience in family law is preferred, but attorneys eager to learn and grow are strongly encouraged to apply.
