Talis Group is excited to partner with a thriving, boutique Louisville law firm experiencing strong growth in its high-volume Family Law practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who wants to do fulfilling legal work without sacrificing work-life balance.

If you enjoy working closely with clients, navigating family dynamics, and advocating in emotionally complex matters—but want to do so in a sustainable, human-centered environment—this role offers exactly that.Highlighted Duties:
- Manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and other family law matters
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, motions, etc.
- Provide frequent client communication, updates, and legal strategy guidance
- Conduct legal research and draft motions/pleadings as needed
- Work with team support to efficiently move cases forward
Highlighted Requirements
- Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing
- 1+ year of Family Law experience required
- Experience in a high-volume practice and/or handling high-asset cases preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Ability to balance empathy with firm advocacy in sensitive family law cases
