Highlighted Duties:
- Manage a caseload of divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and other Family Law matters.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop legal strategies while providing compassionate, responsive client communication.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Active Kentucky or Indiana Bar license in good standing.
- 1-3 years of Family Law experience.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload preferred.
- High-asset divorce experience is a plus.
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to balance empathy and effective advocacy.
