Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our reputable law firm in the Greater Towson area with pay starting at 150K. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and negotiating settlements.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court proceedings such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases
Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, and agreements
Provide legal advice to clients and guide them through the legal process
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in-depth knowledge of family law
Proven experience as a Family Law Attorney
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
