Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and adoption cases.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice to clients on family law issues
Represent clients in court proceedings
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Advocate for clients' rights and best interests

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Proven experience in family law practice
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
