Job Description

A respected Arkansas family law office is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who can keep cases organized while communicating with clients professionally and compassionately.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents• Maintain case files, calendars, court dates, and filing deadlines• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel• Prepare exhibits and documents for hearings, mediation, and trial• Assist with divorce, custody, child support, and related matters

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous family law or litigation experience• Strong organization, writing, and client communication skills• Familiarity with Arkansas court procedures and electronic filing• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion
