Job Description
Family Law Paralegal for Solo Attorney
Requirements with the following:
- Domestic relations
- General practice
- Civil litigation (can be intense then can lull in-between)
- Divorce
- Real property
- Tort – defamation
- Motion documents & cover sheets
- Divorce and Wills for Western Conference Teamsters Union
- General caseload under 50
Must have:
- Must have dual competencies in OR and WA e-filings (1/4 WA and ¾ OR)
- WA e-filings are heavy maintenance
- Must be tech saavy in digitized and paper files
- Knowledgeable in correct dockets for the courts
- Some knowledge of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (FRCP) 68: Offer of Judgement
- Experience with PCLaw for timekeeping
- Experience with Adobe Pro and MS Office Suite
- AIM technology handles IT
